I needed some work done on my foundation and Duratech was a referral by a friend. She was so happy with their work so I decided to give them a call. When they showed up just to do the estimate we were sold. When I mentioned my friend he remembered from 10 years ago. That blew me away. He addressed all MY (not husbands) concerns. He saw the worried look on face and he made sure he put me at ease. He took his time to explain step by step what the process would be, how long it would take. This was just for the estimate part. Once they started they were professional and clean. We had problems with weather(Houston right) but they would call and give me updates and keep me post anytime something was changed. From the first initial conversation on the phone to the ones in person you guys are amazing. Knowing my worries and cost you made me feel safe and my home is SWEET again. I can not thank you enough.
