I’m a bit tardy w/this review. However, this is how important this was for me to do in regards this company. When I initially called, the guy that answered the phone was beyond pleasant. Therefore, I felt comfortable to do business with them. I proceeded to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment within a few days! I recall them arriving a little before my scheduled appointment. (My apologies for not remembering their names). The very nice guy and there was a pleasant lady he was training. Very professional…. He was so informative. (He’s a licensed engineer). He was very thorough. He explained everything in its entirety. I thought he would find something. But he didn’t. He was very honest! This is the type of company I’d like to do business with! They exceeded my expectations! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Great guys, pretty easy to work with. I would recommend to friends and family. They did an honest assessment of what our house needed (1950's 3bd/2 bath). They did 10 piers and beams, 1 of them was interior. After some back and forth they agreed to tunnel to do the interior one for a reasonable charge, instead of going through the floor. Their pricing was very reasonable overall. They were done in 2 days. I thought of knocking this down to 4 stars because one of their guys left a hose running which I found when I got back from work. That faucet is hard to close though and he might have forgot to come back to it, I had to use WD-40 and a wrench to shut it off. Overall I am very pleased so far, they just finished the job yesterday and gave me my warranty certificate.

I needed some work done on my foundation and Duratech was a referral by a friend. She was so happy with their work so I decided to give them a call. When they showed up just to do the estimate we were sold. When I mentioned my friend he remembered from 10 years ago. That blew me away. He addressed all MY (not husbands) concerns. He saw the worried look on face and he made sure he put me at ease. He took his time to explain step by step what the process would be, how long it would take. This was just for the estimate part. Once they started they were professional and clean. We had problems with weather(Houston right) but they would call and give me updates and keep me post anytime something was changed. DuraTech Foundation Repair Company repaired the foundation and underslab plumbing of my commercial/retail property early this year. Greg Gottwald, Owner, inspected the site and presented a professional and detailed proposal. Steve Roberts of Operations was always on top of everything and kept me informed. The charge was reasonable and the tenant was extremely pleased that the three-man crew was always on time, and the property was cleaned of debris every evening before the crew left. They were efficient and competent, and the work was completed on time. The tenant could not have been happier.

Shortly after the Houston freeze earlier this year, I started noticing my water bill increased... wet spots in my carpet...turns out I had a few burst pipes that started to wreak havoc on my foundation...The people over at Duratech were skilled, punctual, and dependable...I wasn't expecting the repair to be done in such a timely manner at such a reasonable price...these guys are the concrete experts, and I wouldn't hire anyone else in Houston to do the job....hopefully, I won't have any more pipes burst...weather permitting...of course.
