Family-owned, Houston-based, and built on a stubborn commitment to honest work.
Duratech Texas, LLC was founded in 2000 by a team of ambitious foundation professionals who'd watched too many Houston homeowners get bad assessments, oversold fixes, and patched-together work that failed within a few years. We've been serving the Greater Houston area since 1999 — and the same commitment that started this company still drives every job we take.
What we built is a contracting company with a remarkable reputation: certified structural inspectors, named project managers customers ask for by name (Pedro, Mitchell, Chris, Greg), and a process that's transparent from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
Most foundation problems aren't what they look like at first glance. A crack in the wall doesn't always mean the foundation is failing. Sticking doors might be humidity, not settling. Our certified inspectors take real measurements and tell you what's actually happening — even if it's "you don't need us yet."
It's tempting (and profitable) to recommend full perimeter underpinning on every job. We don't do that. Using engineering calculations and the latest installation technology, we identify the specific areas that need stabilization and repair only those — which mitigates failure in other zones without unnecessary cost.
Every Duratech foundation repair comes with a lifetime transferable warranty. If you sell your home, the warranty transfers to the new owner. That's not a marketing gimmick — it's a structural guarantee that we stand behind because we built it to last.
We're proud of the reputation we've earned and we work to protect it on every project.
Foundations fail in different ways, so we don't have one fix. We use:
Residential homeowners across the Greater Houston area, including Cypress, Katy, Tomball, Friendswood, Crosby, Pasadena, Baytown, Spring, The Woodlands, and the surrounding cities of Harris County and beyond. We also handle commercial work — tilt-wall, multi-story, retail, multi-family, warehouse, and historical structures.
If you've got a question, a concern, or a crack you've been staring at for a month wondering if it matters — call us. Our inspections are free and there's no pressure. Worst case, you get peace of mind.
